2009 Vendor Information Letter for Arts and Crafts Vendors

Lumpkin Coalition's HemlockFest Vendor Program is definitely a win-win arrangement, allowing vendors and artists to reach more customers and helping us generate more funds for the hemlocks' defense.  Please read the Vendor Information Letter below; you may click for a downloadable file.

If you would like to apply to be a vendor, please complete a Vendor Application as early as possible and send it along with digital photos of your work to our Vendor Coordinator, Neville Harris (see contact information below).  Vendors are selected on a first come/first served, quality basis.  Vendors that are selected may have their listings posted on this page of our web site, if they wish.

2009 Silent Auction Letter

Each year the Silent Auction raises a significant portion of the funds that we donate towards saving the Hemlock trees.  If you would like to donate items that can be used in the Silent Auction, please read the letter below.  Or if you would like to help us obtain donations of items, please download the letter, customize it with your own contact information at the bottom, and give it to any vendor who is interested.
